GEX collects personal information when you send a user submission to GEX, or use GEX’s web site. When you send a user submission we ask for information such as your name and email address. Once you provide that information you are not anonymous to us. GEX does not collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. Personal Information We classify "Personal Information" as any information that specifically identifies you. When purchasing from Graphic Express Menu or registering for our site, we collect the appropriate personal information to fulfill your request.
